DT Charisma #11 - die cut and scraps

A little late with my DT card for today, due to some serious Internet connection issues. Hopefully it's resolved now and we can consentrate on the new easy peasy challenge for ya over at Charisma. And as always great prizes from our lovely sponsors:

I had a plan for todays card, for a birthday card for my sister, but somehow it turned out as a wedding card instead. Go figure... I guess that's what happens when you go diving in the scraps and just have to use what you find in there. *lol*

I found a greyish brown cardbase that I propably cut for another project then changed my mind about it. The blue cardstock and the patterned paper from Inkido are both leftovers. The die cut (Marianne die) is actually also a leftover from a christmas card I made and cut it out in the wrong colour cardstock.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts. I just love the lillies, I thing they're my new favourite flower for cards. They all got a spritz of Glimmer Mist Pearl, but I wasn't able to catch that on camera. The ribbon is a gorgeous brown pink shade of the softest organza ribbon that I bought at the gathering (?? is that what it's called?) last weekend. The stamp is from Stempelglede and finally I kinda loved the touch of Storyteller pearls as my finishing touch.

So now it's your turn to go crazy with your die cuts. Don't forget to stop by the challenge blog to see what the other gals did for today! :)
