Økt produksjon

Enda et telyskort klart for salg. Denne gangen etter skissen hos 2S4Y. Og nå går det virkelig unna her, så jeg begynner å bli klar for salg på lørdag. Forhåpentligvis blir det solgt noe, så vi får inn litt penger til en god sak!

Another tealight card ready for sale. This time inspired by the sketch at 2S4Y. And now I'm on a roll here so I'm almost ready for sale on Saturday. Hopefully we'll sell something so we can raise money for a worthy cause!

Quick 'n' easy

Kreativiteten sitter fortsatt langt inne, men jeg fikk da laget et kjapt og enkelt kort i dag også. Dette etter skissen hos 2S4Y.

Endelig helg!

Jeg hadde planer om storproduksjon i helga siden jeg endelig var helt ferdig med de to siste bestillingene og kunne gjøre hva jeg ville! Men med sykt barn i hus ble det fint lite produksjon. Men noe fikk jeg da gjort. Dette kortet lagde jeg etter Lauras skisse #60 hos 2S4Y og fargekombinasjonen rødt, hvitt og gull er utfordring #53 hos Color Create. Og siden alt er lov hos Scrappekammeret, blir jeg med der også.

I was planning major production this weekend since I was finally all done with the last two orders and free to do whatever I wanted. But with a sick child in the house I didn't get to produce much. But I got to do some. I made this card after Laura's sketch #60 at 2S4Y and the color combo red, white and gold is challenge #53 at Color Create. And since anything goes at Scrappekammeret I'll join there too.
And for my foreign readers, the text on the card is a quote by Goethe wich translated means something like: "Magic is to believe in yourself. If you can do that you can make anything happen".

Something old, something new... and something RED

Ser ut som om lørdagene blir min kreative tid, nå når vi er tilbake i rutiner og hverdagsliv, for i dag har jeg nok en kreativ lørdag! ☺

Denne gangen er det et bidrag til utfording #36 hos Sketchy Colors, rød/orange/gul. En virkelig utfordring for meg, for dette er farger jeg vanligvis holder meg langt unna! *lol* Men jeg gjorde et dypdykk i "arkivet" og fant frem noe av det eldste mønsterarket jeg har, noe like gammelt papirbånd og kombinerte det med et splitter nytt Hero Arts stempel jeg fikk i posten forleden og chipboard-knappene jeg fikk i candyen fra snille Marianne (Sakkalo), de kom i posten i dag! (Tusen takk, Marianne! Gjett om jeg skal kose meg med alt det deilige stæsjet! ;-))Så kombinerte jeg hele pakka med Kazan's Sketch #60 hos 2S4Y, toppet det med C&S utfordringen hos Sentimental Sundays og voila:

Looks like Saturdays are gonna be my creative time now that we're back to routines and everyday life, 'cuz today I'm havin another creative Saturday. This time it's an entry for challenge #36 at Sketchy Colors, red/orange/yellow. A real challenge for me, since I usually stay far away from these colors! *lol* But I dived deep into the "archive" and found some of the oldest patterned paper I've got, some equally old craft ribbon and combined it with a brand new Hero Arts stamp I got the other day and the chipboard buttons I got in the candy from sweet Marianne (Sakkalo), they came in the mail today! (Thanks so much, Marianne! I'm really gonna enjoy myself with all the delish stuff! ;-)) Then I combined the whole thing with Kazan's Sketch #60 at 2S4Y, topped it with the C&S challenge at Sentimental Sundays and voila!

One more try

I'm having another go at the sketch at 2S4Y this week. Yeah, yeah, I know I shoud be working on the vacation book, but come on, the sketch is a joy to work with! And with all the fun summer colory papers I found in my stash the other day, who could resist! ☺

Master of procrastination

I keep putting off making the pages for my vacation book. Normally procrastiation isn't a good thing, but when something else comes out of it, is it really that bad?? ;-) I've made this card for my daughters friends birthday after the latest of the many fabulous sketches at 2S4Y. This week they have the most amazing prize too. The winner will automatically get a spot on their design team! How awesome is that?! I know I haven't even got the slimmest chance of the prize, but it's fun anyways!

Et kort til en mann som har alt og ser lite. Detaljer og små mønster var uaktuelt, jeg kunne likevel ikke la være å sette litt "bling" i hjørnet. Kortet er laget etter Lauras skisse #55 på 2S4Y denne uken.
