Another week, another challenge over at Charisma Cardz Challenges, and as always we have some great sponsors:
What is the challenge, you ask?
ONE LAYER CREATIONS
(One piece of card folded in half with no additional layers and minimal embellishments, where the image is stamped or printed directly onto the cardstock.)
Now don't freak out, it's not really that hard! :-) Well, it's propably not the easiest cards to do, but I think they're so much fun, so I made two!
For the first one I did the emboss resist technique. The flower stamps are from Stacystamps, stamped in VersaMark and clear embossed. Then inked over with Distress Inks (Tattered Rose, Antique Linen, Tea Dye, Aged Mahogany and Vintage Photo). The sentiment is from Storyteller.
For the second one I made two scorelines and masked off the area in between. I inked in with Distress Inks (Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire) then stamped some notes and a clef (from Marianne Design) in VersaMark and embossed it in gold (Inkido Vegas Gold). The Guitar is a stamp from Kreativ Hobby, the stars are from Technique Tuesday and the sentiment from North Star Stamps.
Easy peasy, right? Now you can either pop by the challenge blog for some additional inspiration from the other Charisma gals or you could get busy doing your own one layer card, or even better: Do both! Can't wait to see what you create! :-)
Fine kort.
SvarSlettTwo gorgeous cards Renate - especially love the first one - the resist technique is fabulous.
